A leading hospitality group is seeking an L&D Content Designer to craft cutting-edge learning experiences. The role involves supporting the development of blended learning solutions and conducting Training Design Reviews. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality and training, alongside outstanding content design skills. Are you ready to unleash your creativity? We’re looking for a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as an L&D Content Designer! You’ll be the creative genius behind crafting cutting‑edge learning experiences. From forming digital content that ensures our training aligns perfectly with our company values, to working in partnership with the wider L&D team to support with the design and development of innovative and connected learning interventions.
You’ll report directly to the Head of L&D, and form part of our wider People & Culture team. This role is fixed‑term from February for 9 months. It can be based in our Head Office in Edinburgh or London, with hybrid working and UK travel to support on‑site initiatives.
