Continuous Improvement (CI) Leads plays a key role supporting Rugby’s Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives. The CI Technician ensures production quality and efficiency by assisting with process flow improvements and leading lean events. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement.
