LIXIL, home to the GROHE brand, is looking for an experienced commercial leader to drive the B2B, Trade, and Projects sales strategy across the UK. This is a high‑visibility leadership role within a global organisation, combining strategic direction with hands‑on commercial delivery.
You will lead a team of around 15 people, including three line managers and a Key Account Manager, shaping a sales strategy that strengthens our market position and accelerates growth. Working closely with the UK Country Leader and wider leadership team, you will influence key decisions, elevate performance, and build strong customer partnerships across national and strategic accounts.
