At Eco Group Hull, we’re growing and we’re ready for someone exceptional to step in and lead our Service Co‑ordination role. This isn’t a standard service desk role. We’re looking for a hands‑on leader with industry knowledge (plumbing, heating, electrical or similar) who thrives on organisation, takes pride in knowing the ins and outs of every job, and genuinely enjoys making things run even better than before. As Service Co‑ordinator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and developing the day‑to‑day operations of our service help‑desk, working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, suppliers and customers. You’ll be the go‑to person for service delivery, ensuring jobs are planned effectively, systems run smoothly, and the team is supported to perform at their best.
