What You’ll Do

• Lead and support installation and service teams across UK and international projects.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in service, installation, or maintenance of industrial or automated systems.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience – able to guide and motivate teams.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a mechanical discipline.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to read technical drawings.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organisational, and communication skills.
• A customer‑focused, safety‑first approach.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (up to 50%).
