Qualifications

  • Literacy and numeracy equivalent to grade C GCSE English and Maths.
  • NVQ3 or equivalent in Horticulture or similar discipline required.
  • Practical experience operating machinery is essential.
  • Experience supervising others is preferred.
  • Full valid UK driving licence needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervisory support to maintain estates in good condition.
  • Complete daily work records accurately.
  • Respond to customer complaints effectively.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are maintained properly.
  • Carry out hazardous tasks safely under guidelines.

Skills
