• Previous experience within a customer focused setting, ideally within a complex business unit.
• Experience of providing business support in a busy, matrixed environment.
• Experience of managing and prioritising own workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage content for FS using the Ten Stage Quality Assurance program.
• Deliver FS Qualifications through proper training and awarding processes.
• Produce and maintain plans to ensure milestones are met.
