A fast-growing fintech company in London is seeking a Lead CRM Manager to enhance their in-house CRM studio. You will oversee campaign execution, manage a dedicated team, and collaborate with various departments to drive growth communications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Braze and a strong background in CRM production. We’re looking for a Lead CRM Manager to build and run Chip’s in‑house CRM studio, a centre of excellence responsible for flawless campaign execution, world‑class QA and the technical optimisation of all growth‑related communications in Braze.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role. You’ll oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of our growth communications across email, in‑app, push and content cards, ensuring every message is built to the highest standard, delivered to the right audience and grounded in best‑practice technical set‑up. You’ll guide a small team, establish robust production workflows and drive continuous improvements across our build components and QA processes.
You’ll partner closely with Growth, Product, Data and Engineering, translating strategy into seamless execution, while ring‑fencing the wider CRM Team from operational and service comms work, allowing the team to focus exclusively on driving growth outcomes.
