The Role

This role ensures the reliability, accuracy, and compliance of critical lab and stability equipment within a GMP-regulated environment. It offers the opportunity to work in a highly technical setting with strong exposure to validation, compliance, and equipment lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities
  • Carrying out planned calibration, maintenance, and compliance checks on Stability Chambers and laboratory equipment.
  • Supporting qualification and validation activities, including investigation and troubleshooting of equipment issues.
  • Contributing to validation projects, equipment upgrades, and change control processes.
  • Coordinating vendor and contractor activity, including oversight of equipment records and SAP-related tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, weekly reporting, and system reviews to ensure GMP and data integrity compliance.
  • Acting as a technical point of contact for automated systems and system-related updates.
Requirements
  • Experience in equipment calibration, maintenance, validation, or laboratory operations within a GMP or technical environment.
  • A degree in a science or engineering discipline, or equivalent hands‑on laboratory or technical experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation, compliance systems, and vendor or contractor management.
