KS1 Class Teacher - Academy Transformation Trust

Join the Academy Transformation Trust as a full‑time KS1 Class Teacher. Position ID: KS1 Class TeacherEDV/2025/CPA/48084. Employment: Permanent. Hours: Full time (part‑time considered).

Salary: MPS 1‑6, range £32,916 – £45,352. Start date: ASAP. Closing date: Wednesday 07 January 2026 at 9am.
Interview date: Wednesday 15 January 2026.

• Deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned teaching to KS1 students and help inspire them to reach their full potential.
• Play a key role in progressing and enhancing the teaching practice of others within the academy and beyond.
• Promote a happy, respectful and purposeful learning environment aligned with the academy’s vision and values.

Qualifications

• Experienced and enthusiastic Class Teacher, self‑motivated with a passion for education.
• Dynamic and forward‑thinking, with a real drive to enhance students’ experience in the classroom.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated, highly skilled team, and support diverse learners (including those from multilingual backgrounds).
