• Deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned teaching to KS1 students and help inspire them to reach their full potential.
• Play a key role in progressing and enhancing the teaching practice of others within the academy and beyond.
• Promote a happy, respectful and purposeful learning environment aligned with the academy’s vision and values.
• Experienced and enthusiastic Class Teacher, self‑motivated with a passion for education.
• Dynamic and forward‑thinking, with a real drive to enhance students’ experience in the classroom.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated, highly skilled team, and support diverse learners (including those from multilingual backgrounds).
