A local educational institution in Hatfield is seeking a Kitchen Support Worker to ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold health and safety standards. This role involves performing manual tasks and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. The position is contracted for 34 weeks, working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Job description

The main purpose of this role is to support the smooth running of the kitchen by carrying out a range of tasks within the kitchen, servery, and plate-wash areas.

Responsibilities include manual duties such as fetching and carrying and other manual tasks and ensuring kitchen areas are clean and tidy adhering to Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures.

Contracted 34 weeks (Term time only), 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Two-week rota - Working week 1 - 8am - 4pm, Working week 2 - 12.30pm - 8.30pm.

£13.45 per hour / £19,218.60 per annum.
