About the Role/team

Following our merger and recent property acquisition we’ve just added three brilliant new colleagues to our Kitchen & Bathroom Installation Team, and we’re now looking for one final person to join them and complete the line‑up. As part of our Direct Labour Operation (DLO), you’ll be responsible for completing full kitchen installations in residents’ homes, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.

You’ll work closely with residents, providing excellent customer service while delivering safe, professional, and high-quality installations. As a member of our DLO, you\'ll receive a fully equipped hybrid van and fuel card for business use (insurance and servicing covered).

Key Responsibilities
  • Install kitchen units and worktops

  • Carry out plumbing to sink base units

  • Prepare floor and wall surfaces for installation

  • Complete ceramic wall tiling, vinyl floor tiling, and decorating

  • Ensure safe working practices and high-quality workmanship at all times

  • Deliver excellent customer service in residents’ homes

What We’re Looking For

Must haves:

  • Relevant City & Guilds Part 1 & 2, NVQ2, or equivalent experience

  • Apprentice trained or extensive experience in kitchen fitting

  • Experience with complete kitchen installations, including units, worktops, tiling, flooring, and accessories

  • Strong commitment to safety and customer service

  • Full manual driving licence.

Nice to haves:

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Pride in delivering work that makes homes more comfortable and welcoming

  • Experience in social housing/local authority.

  • Clean driving licence.
