Join Wren Kitchens as a Kitchen & Bedroom Surveyor and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and accurate survey data.

About The Role

The basic salary is £28,250, with a quarterly bonus up to £2,000, which could bring total annual earnings to £36,250.

Key responsibilities include 40‑hour rota (including evenings and weekends), conducting expert kitchen surveys, recording data electronically in line with GDPR, maintaining an exceptional customer journey, supporting showroom planning, and auditing designs for quality.

Main Responsibilities
  • 40 hours on rota basis, including evenings and weekends
  • Conduct expert surveys of customers’ kitchens ensuring accurate measurements for the design process
  • Record all information electronically in-line with GDPR
  • Maintain an exceptional customer journey by providing outstanding service, top-quality surveys, and great communication with customers
  • Support the showroom team to improve planning skills, provide feedback and reduce errors
  • Ensure high-quality plans by auditing before order/delivery, providing feedback to develop designers’ skills

Essential Skills and Knowledge
  • Full UK manual driving licence

Desired Skills and Knowledge
  • Previous experience conducting home measures/surveys
  • Experience using CAD or planner software
  • Knowledge of kitchen installation/legislation
  • Knowledge of plan checking or error checking
  • Previous experience in the kitchen industry
