Overview

Salary: £8,550 (£12.65 per hour)

We are seeking to appoint a responsible, reliable person to the post of kitchen assistant. The following skills and personal qualities would be advantageous:

  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation and the ability to use initiative to deal with minor problems as they arise.
  • Work individually and as part of the catering team within the school.
  • Able to work in accordance with agreed schedules, comply with Food and Health and Safety Regulations and work to a high standard.
  • To assist in the preparation of meals, setting up for service, supervision of pupils and general kitchen duties, to the agreed standards.
