Key Responsibilities
  • Design visually compelling presentations and creative mockups that align with the requirements of the project.
  • Continuously create visually engaging designs, applying strong attention to detail in layout, alignment, consistency, visual hierarchy and use of white space.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with designers and cross‑functional teams within the agency to bring concepts to life.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, whilst prioritising tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Produce high‑quality designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media under the guidance of a senior designer.
  • Be able to confidently present and explain design concepts to colleagues and incorporate feedback constructively.
  • Stay informed with industry trends, tools and best practices within design to continuously develop skillset.
  • Reviewing your designs for accuracy, ensuring your visuals meet the brief you’ve been given and being able to action feedback efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrate a good eye for visual storytelling to create well‑thought‑out and engaging presentations.
Role Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Presentation programmes such as Google Slides & Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, colour theory, layout design and visual hierarchy.
  • Clear communication and confidence to present within a team setting.
  • Ability to collaborate whilst also taking initiative on individual tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced creative environment.
  • A passion for storytelling through design creativity.
