About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated individual with some industry knowledge in areas such as Domestic Energy Assessments (DEA/RA) and EWI/IWI/CWI wall insulation. This position is ideal for someone who has previously worked “on the tools” and is now looking to take the next step into a supervisory or technical role within the growing energy efficiency and retrofit sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage survey and installation teams on site
  • Assist in preparing project documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaise with customers to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Support project progress and uphold health & safety standards
  • Learn and develop within a supportive, forward-thinking environment
Requirements
  • Strong organisational and process-driven approach
  • Leadership qualities with good communication skills
  • Understanding of construction health & safety procedures
  • Basic knowledge of energy efficiency, insulation types, or retrofit principles
  • Hands‑on experience in construction, installation, or insulation
  • Eagerness to learn and progress within the company
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
