A leading bespoke jewellery company in Greater London seeks a Jewellery Retail Assistant to enhance customer consultation experiences. The ideal candidate will have prior fine jewellery experience and will assist in various sales-related activities. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, conducting consultations, and supporting the sales team. This position offers significant growth potential, leading to a career as a Design Consultant within 12-24 months.

With a store in Covent Garden in London and a showroom in New York, we attract customers to our in‑person consultation experience.
We’re now looking for someone with aspirations in developing their sales capabilities in bespoke jewellery by growing their way in the business.
A Taylor & Hart Jewellery Retail Assistant is the face of the company, providing customers with an industry-leading consultation experience. They rapidly build their knowledge in 3D design, jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, and the company’s processes and policies by assisting the sales team.
While the role will have customer interactions in after-care, walk‑ins, wedding‑ring consultations (and when ready, engagement‑ring consultations), the main responsibility is to help the wider sales and retail teams. There is no individual sales target, and the longer‑term goal is to be on track to become a full Design Consultant within 12-24 months.
