Qualifications

  • Significant post qualification experience within a Hospital Aseptic Setting.
  • Aseptic/Cytotoxic Manipulation Skills.
  • Evidence of ongoing training and CPD.
  • Experience of writing Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage Intravenous Chemotherapy Clinics.
  • Liaise with Chemotherapy team for efficient clinic operations.
  • Participate in the preparation and governance of investigational medicinal products.

Accredited checking technician

Education

NVQ level 3 in Pharmacy services
BTEC in pharmaceutical science
