Havens Hospices is looking for an apprentice to join our IT & Compliance team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in IT who enjoys problem‑solving, helping people, and learning how technology supports an organisation day to day. You’ll gain hands‑on experience while working towards a recognised IT apprenticeship qualification, supported by experienced colleagues and formal training. Serving as the first point of contact for all end user IT support requirements within Havens Hospices, you will work to resolve or escape their technical issues in a prompt and professional manner.
At Havens Hospices, we care for children, young people and adults with complex or incurable conditions. Our specialist Care Teams can support them and their families living throughout illness, death and bereavement in the comfort of their own home and through our hospice services, Fair Havens and Little Havens.
