A leading educational institution in Manchester is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to enhance its IT services. The ideal candidate will provide first line technical support to staff and students, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Applicants should have experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office. Full time • Permanent • 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm)

We are seeking an experienced and customer focused IT Support Technician to join our high performing team. Working under the guidance of the two Deputy Heads of IT, you will provide first line technical support to staff and pupils and contribute to the smooth running of our IT systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and common classroom technologies is desirable, as is the ability to work collaboratively and provide excellent customer service.
This is a full year position, and the post holder will be expected to work during school holidays.
