• Experience working in a service desk or IT support role providing 1st or 2nd line support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support to Chard Precision Casting Site.
• Handle incidents and service requests, offering support across hardware, software, and network applications.
• Contribute to system administration activities, including server and network checks.
• Produce and maintain documentation such as user guides and standard operating procedures.
