Strategic IT Relationship Manager - Supply Chain Domain - Luxury Retail

We're looking for an experienced Strategic IT Business Partner to act as a trusted bridge between the business and technology, owning engagement across a complex retail and supply chain domain.

You'll work closely with senior business leaders to shape demand, define short, medium and long term roadmaps, and ensure technology initiatives are aligned to strategic priorities. This role goes beyond stakeholder management. You'll play a central role in demand shaping, prioritisation, and overseeing successful delivery across projects and enhancements.

You'll lead and develop a team of Business Analysts, working closely with architecture, security, delivery partners and PMO to ensure initiatives are well shaped, appropriately prioritised, and ready for delivery. A key part of the role is driving clarity around scope, value, and outcomes before work moves into execution.

Given the domain, this role requires experience in a retail or supply chain environment. You'll be involved in areas such as SAP supply chain, merchandising, and retail technology projects, so hands on exposure in these areas is essential.

This role would suit someone from a senior BA, IT business partner, programme or delivery background who is comfortable operating in complex environments, influencing at senior levels, and balancing strategic thinking with delivery reality.
