We are looking for someone predominantly supporting classroom teachers and delivering some interventions and other aspects of teaching and learning.Witton Middle school is based in Droitwich, catering for children in Years 5, 6 and 7, we provide an effective bridge between First School and High School. You will need to have recent experience of working with children in a similar environment, delivering reading and/or literacy interventions and support. You will need experience of delivery of intervention to support children in early stages of reading, irrespective of chronological age.This role links to the achievement and progress of disadvantaged pupils at both Key Stage 2 & 3; high quality teaching of English, and promoting and delivering whole school programmes for reading, writing, punctuation, spelling and grammar.
