Reporting to the Head of IP Operations, the Intellectual Property Paralegal will join our newly formed IP division focused on the international patent filing and renewal process.
The Intellectual Property Paralegal will manage all aspects of the international patent filing and renewal process. Initially, the Paralegal will also be a key participant in the development, testing and documentation of the company’s filing processes. This role requires a detail‑oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a thorough knowledge of European Patent validation, PCT National Phase Entry and direct Paris Convention filing processes. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure efficient case progression and exceptional service delivery.
