Join our Care Home Team in Exeter. Green Tree Court located in Exeter is a luxury, 68‑bedroom care home which has achieved the Stirling Gold Standard for dementia design. The home provides a comfortable, safe, stylish environment, for those requiring expert dementia support and nursing care.
Purpose of the role
The Integrated Care and Support Worker is a key member of the Care Team, working collaboratively to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care for residents. The postholder will undertake duties that ensure a clean, tidy, hygienic, and comfortable environment for all residents, while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
