  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance within financial services.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Acturis knowledge is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead, motivate and manage the outbound lead generation team to hit sales targets and KPIs

  • Monitor performance, analyse data and report to senior management
  • Ensure FCA compliance and industry best practices
