We have a fantastic opportunity for a detail-focused and customer-centred Insurance Claims Handler to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Managing insurance claims from first notification through to resolution, ensuring fairness, accuracy and compliance
  • Investigating claims, assessing liability and coverage, and making informed decisions
  • Negotiating settlements and keeping customers clearly updated throughout the process
  • Identifying potential fraudulent activity and escalating where required
  • Maintaining accurate, well-organised records and contributing ideas to enhance our claims processes
Qualifications

You're someone who brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with excellent communication and negotiation ability. You'll be highly organised, confident managing multiple cases at once, and able to maintain outstanding attention to detail. We're looking for someone who is empathetic, resilient, and comfortable making fair, balanced decisions—always acting with integrity.

You should have GCSEs or equivalent as a minimum, with A-levels or a degree preferred. Professional qualifications such as CII are an advantage, and previous experience in insurance, claims handling, or a similar customer-focused environment would be beneficial. Above all, you'll thrive here if you're motivated, customer-driven, and keen to grow your career within a supportive team.
