• Can work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
• Possess a methodical and flexible approach.
• Full valid UK driving licence as travel to regions is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users via email, phone, and Help‑Desk portal.
• Manage workstations and necessary hardware peripherals.
• Monitor hardware functionality and take action when necessary.
• Manage software installation and set up on computers.
• Train end users on new software and IT equipment.
• Identify and suggest improvements to procedures.

Skills

Knowledge of vehicle routing and scheduling systems

HP/Cisco networking solutions

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to learn quickly

Numerical and literacy skills

Good problem-solving skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Products

Experience in an Administrator or Help Desk environment

Education

Formal education in a related field
