Qualifications

  • Established experience in regulated health & social care.
  • Confident with data analysis and reporting.
  • Proactive—able to build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Keep documentation organized and aligned to regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate registration activity for England (CQC) and Scotland.
  • Maintain an up-to-date picture of all registration activity.
  • Gather and analyze compliance data for dashboards.
  • Monitor open actions from fire risk assessments.
  • Own a compliance calendar for clear deadlines.
  • Administer intranet content for the Quality team.

Skills

Experience in regulated health & social care
Strong grasp of CQC & Care Inspectorate frameworks
Data analysis and reporting
Advanced IT skills
Organised and detail-driven

Education

Level 4 qualification (or equivalent)
