• Experience with supporting public cloud and/or traditional on-premises infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Windows/Linux servers.
• Eligibility for SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the cloud representative for assigned customer accounts.
• Maintain proactive visibility of cloud service incidents.
• Identify cloud performance trends and emerging security threats.
• Assist in the cloud pre-staging of infrastructure.
• Attend and contribute to customer-facing meetings.
