Qualifications

  • Proven experience in audit, assurance, and compliance management within construction or utilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HSEQ standards, NRSWA, and HSE regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence and drive cultural change.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of six Audit & Assurance HSEQ Technicians.
  • Oversee first-line assurance audits for construction teams.
  • Ensure robust site compliance across all mains renewal programmes.
  • Monitor compliance performance, analyse findings, identify trends.
  • Manage escalations from the Audit & Assurance HSEQ team.
