Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of HSE legislation.
• NEBOSH Certificate (or willingness to work toward it).
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Membership with IOSH or IEMA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety walkarounds and engage with staff.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture among employees.
• Assist with incident reporting and investigations.
• Help maintain policies and safety plans.
• Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Assist teams in creating risk assessments.
• Deliver HSE inductions for relevant staff.
