Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within an HR environment.
  • Basic understanding of employment law.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Experience producing data reports and identifying trends to inform decision-making.
  • Confident communicator, able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
  • Experience using Workday is desirable.

Binnies, an RSK Group company, is looking for an HR Coordinator to join the @one Alliance partnership. Are you passionate about people, detail-driven, and ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to support our Strategic Alliance People Team, working closely with HR Business Partners to deliver high-quality HR initiatives across Anglian Water’s Strategic Alliances. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR career in a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive environment. You’ll be a key point of contact for HR queries, play a vital role in maintaining accurate people data, and champion the effective use of Workday. From coordinating annual HR activities to analysing data and spotting trends, your work will help shape a high-performing, inclusive, and people-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities
