Join us as a Housing Services Support at Thirteen Group!

Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Housing Services Support to join us on a fixed term basis until the end of March 2026 working 18.5 hours across the week. Within the role, you will be working across our Yorkshire and Humber patch.

As a Housing Services Support you’ll be dealing with customer enquiries, ensuring that rent is paid and homes are let quickly to maximise income, resolving anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues, all in a way that’s of the highest quality, at the convenience of the customer and responsive of need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delighting our customers and turning them into advocates of Thirteen as the landlord of choice.
  • Working with our customers and local partners to resolve issues quickly and you’ll think differently making business decisions that have a lasting positive impact on our neighbourhoods.
  • Working closely with our Housing Services Co-ordinators to provide excellent customer experience as part of a ‘first response team’.
  • You’ll be the administration contact within the team, assisting with answering calls and queries, raising purchase orders etc.
About You
  • Part of a large team of over 180 colleagues, so support and guidance are constantly on hand. Training is provided so no specific housing-related experience is necessary but as the front face of Thirteen, strong customer service and relationship-building skills are key.
  • Confident negotiating and handling challenging conversations whilst being respectful and considerate to our customers and stakeholders.
  • Consistently exceed performance targets and always be thinking of new ways to improve the service.
  • Confident in your use of IT and systems as you’ll use a range of technology in this role.
