Job Summary

This permanent part‑time Housekeeping Supervisor role is based at Kidderminster Health Centre, working 10 hours per week (Monday to Friday 18.00–20.00). You will lead a small team to deliver professional NHS housekeeping services in accordance with national standards and the Trust’s strategic cleaning plan.

Contract: Permanent
Working pattern: Part‑time – 10 hours per week
Band: 3
Salary: £24,937 to £26,598 a year pro rata (pay band 3)

Responsibilities

You will lead a small team to deliver professional NHS housekeeping services in accordance with schedules and procedures, contribute to processes that ensure standards are achieved, maintain staff records and rosters, be involved in staff induction, training and development reviews, report equipment/environment defects and manage/replenish housekeeping stock.

Qualifications & Experience

• Essential:
• NVQ1 in Housekeeping or equivalent level of experience
• Previous experience in the cleaning industry
• Able to meet the travel requirements of the role
• No sponsorship will be provided; applicants must have right to work in the UK
• Desirable:
• NVQ2 in Housekeeping
• Certificates in Health and Safety, Manual Handling or other job‑related training
• Supervisory experience in the cleaning industry, especially NHS cleaning supervision
