What you'll do

You will take pride in ensuring exceptional guest experiences:

  • Oversee Front of House operations to guarantee seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • Support and guide your team to deliver consistent, high-quality service according to company standards
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure appropriate resolutions, logging incidents and following up with management
  • Maintain a visible presence in the lobby, especially during peak times, greeting guests and meeting VIPs
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote hotel services
  • Train and monitor team performance daily
  • Prepare daily reports and run end-of-day procedures using the hotel’s operating system
  • Create daily briefings and coordinate with other departments to anticipate guest needs
  • Conduct regular inspections of Front of House, back-office areas, and guest rooms
  • Follow up on guest feedback and complaints, embodying the Coworth Park brand values
  • Comply with health, safety, fire, and security regulations and keep certifications up to date
  • Perform additional tasks as required and adjust working hours to meet hotel needs
