Salary: from £25,480 to £27,560

Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £240 to £550 per month.

Your Role as Host
  • Greets guests with genuine warmth and ensures every moment of their stay feels personal and exceptional.
  • Coordinates daily operations across breakfast service, housekeeping, afternoon tea, guest requests, and evening turndown.
  • Collaborates with our Spa, Estates, and Housekeeping teams to maintain seamless standards and serene surroundings.
  • Acts as a lead on events and exclusives – working alongside the Front Office Team to ensure perfectly executed special occasions.
  • Anticipates needs, resolves issues with grace, and elevates the guest experience through thoughtful touches.
  • Upholds our brand promise of quiet luxury, privacy, and heartfelt care.
