Job summary

A not-for-profit housing and support service provider is looking for a Project Worker to join their team in Weston Super Mare. Responsibilities

  • Provide support to help customers regain independence.
  • Write and update support plans based on customers' needs.
  • Liaise with external support links to enhance customers' well-being.
