Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Aberdeen is seeking a HV Contracts Manager to lead and grow their HV business. The successful candidate will manage project delivery and client relationships while ensuring a continuous pipeline of work. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience managing an engineering business and possess strong HV engineering knowledge. This role offers an opportunity to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing an engineering business.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV operations and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
• Define project scope, allocate resources, and implement controls.
• Identify and develop HV business opportunities, prepare quotations, and deliver tenders.
• Set goals, coach staff, and support the Operations Manager.
