Job description

Accelerate Personnel are actively seeking for a Class 1 Driver to work on behalf of our client in the North Norwich area. Our client is the world's largest independent shredding company, providing secure shredding services to businesses and individuals across the UK.

As a HGV Class 1 driver you will be expected to drive a range of Class 1 vehicles, with either single or double deck trailers, across East Anglia and beyond. These vehicles are predominantly used for collecting confidential material for destruction in large quantities.

In this role you will provide a safe, reliable and effective delivery and collection service, driving Class 1 vehicles on behalf of our client and their customers while working in a professional manner at all times.

You will also be required to ensure accurate communication with our client’s transport team where required and to maintain good self‑presentation while representing our client.

We can offer full weeks away or local day work, and work closely with all drivers to offer flexibility and accommodate hours and shifts to suit your needs.
