Job description

How would you like a Class 1 driving job working a standard Monday to Friday shift? How about working with a modern fleet, all whilst learning new skills? Well, this is possibly the job for you! We are currently recruiting Class 1 drivers to join our team in Ketton.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 45 hours a week. We are offering an hourly rate of £15.50. Overtime is payable at £20.84 for Saturdays and Sundays at £24.05. What you’ll do on a typical day

• Safely drive our HGV Class 1 vehicles in a courteous manner
• Undertake curtain sided trailer deliveries on behalf of XPO
• Some manual work may be required
• The role may include nights out each week
• All loads will be loaded/unloaded by the operating site/customers.
• All deliveries will be tracked and signed for using Epod technology

What you need to succeed at XPO

• Valid LGV C+E Licence
• An up-to-date CPC and DIGI card
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• No DD, DR or IN endorsements showing on your licence
