Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Manchester is seeking a Senior Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves supporting the helpdesk function, leading the team, and managing maintenance requests. Ideal candidates will have previous helpdesk experience, good IT skills including knowledge of CAFM systems, and strong organizational abilities. Qualifications

  • Monitor helpdesk performance and support improvement initiatives.
