A leading automotive dealer group in the UK is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive Health, Safety and Environmental management system across various sites. The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH qualification and experience in high-risk environments, strong analytical skills, and the ability to foster a safety-first culture. Rygor Group are looking for a Health and Safety Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the organisation’s Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) management system across all automotive sites.
You will ideally be based along the M4 corridor.
The right candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, strong analytical and report‑writing abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
You will add value by ensuring full compliance with UK H&S legislation, driving a strong safety culture, and minimising risk associated with all aspects of the auto trade, including workshops, showrooms, parts departments, and customer areas.
