Qualifications

• Background in clinical or healthcare fields, preferably with lab experience.
• Ability to clearly explain procedures to participants.
• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the welfare of participants during their visit.
• Conduct study interviews to obtain health information.
• Obtain blood samples via Venepuncture (training provided).
• Process biological samples in the blood processing room.
• Liaise with site laboratory for correct sample handling.
