A leading tech retailer is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor for a field-based role across South West England and South Wales. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures, oversee accident investigations, and provide guidance to management teams. This position requires knowledge of UK legislation, strong communication skills, and a valid UK driving license. A competitive salary, performance-related bonus, and other benefits are offered, promoting a positive safety culture within the organization.
Field Based (UK) – South West / South Wales, Permanent, Full Time.
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary £30,000 to £32,000 per annum depending on experience, plus company car.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Health and Safety Advisor. You’ll play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture across our Home Delivery supply chain sites covering South West England (Bristol, Plymouth, Basingstoke) and South Wales (Cardiff, Carmarthen), working closely with management teams to ensure best practices are followed.
As part of a small, dynamic team, you’ll enjoy the freedom to plan your own schedule, with regular site visits and occasional overnight stays. This role offers flexibility, independence, and the support of a collaborative team environment.
