We're seeking a visionary Head of HSE - Transformation Projects to lead the integration of our Health, Safety & Environmental strategy across major capital projects and transformational programmes. This senior leadership role is pivotal in ensuring new and modified assets are safe, compliant, and operationally ready from day one.

As the strategic voice of HSE, you'll guide project teams from concept to commissioning—embedding our OHSE Management System, challenging assumptions, and driving excellence in design, construction, and handover. You'll act as a critical partner to delivery teams, ensuring safety, environmental protection, and operational practicality are achieved first time, every time.

What you will be doing:

• Embedding HSE strategy across multi‑site transformation programmes
• Oversight of CDM compliance, with construction design and management (risk reviews and contractor safety etc)
• Integration of environmental permitting, PUWER, and process safety into project delivery
• Development of safe systems of work, training, and operational readiness
• Performance tracking, assurance reporting, and lessons learned for continuous improvement
• Serve as the principal interface between project teams, site HSE teams, and operational leadership to ensure alignment of standards, compliance, and risk management.
