We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Curve Trading Iberia to lead our trading operations across Spain and Portugal. This pivotal role will be responsible for delivering annual P&L targets, managing and developing a high-performing trading team, and driving the strategic growth of our Iberian desk.

The successful candidate will combine strong market knowledge with leadership excellence, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimise hedging strategies, enhance product offerings, and identify new commercial opportunities.
