Are you ready to lead a bold new culinary venture?

We’re launching a premium dining concept, serving sizzling steaks, stacked burgers, and unforgettable flavours – and we need a Head Chef to make it happen.

As Head Chef, you’ll lead the kitchen in delivering exceptional, high-quality dishes that showcase our premium standards. You’ll combine hands‑on culinary expertise with strong leadership to ensure every plate is prepared with precision and presented to impress.

Alongside inspiring and motivating your team, you’ll manage key operations such as stock control and compliance, all while fostering a positive, high‑performing kitchen culture.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high‑volume or premium dining environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
  • Solid understanding of stock control, ordering processes, and cost management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, varied role with strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Professional culinary qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) preferred.
