Job description
Role: Gym & Spa Manager
Salary: £36,000
Location: South London
Hours - 40 hours per week - Monday-Sunday

Are you passionate about wellness, fitness, and creating exceptional experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic Gym & Spa Manager to lead operations at one of our luxury residential sites.

This role combines the energy of fitness with the tranquillity of spa services, offering residents a holistic wellbeing experience. You’ll oversee a beautifully designed gym, serene spa facilities, and a team dedicated to delivering excellence. You’ll be the face of the space, ensuring every detail reflects quality and care.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leading and inspiring a small, dedicated team to deliver five-star service
  • Managing daily operations, rotas, and facility standards with precision
  • Ensuring a safe, serene environment through rigorous H&S and compliance
  • Overseeing budgets, reporting, and continuous service improvement
  • Creating meaningful resident experiences through fitness events and spa promotions
  • Building trusted relationships with residents and estate management
  • Driving engagement across the gym, spa treatments and areas, fitness classes, and wellness services.
  • Maintaining impeccable standards across all areas, including the gym, pool and spa facilities
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven leadership in a luxury gym, spa, wellness, or hospitality setting
  • A calm, confident, and service-led approach
  • Operational and financial management skills
  • REPS Level 3 (Level 2 considered)
  • First Aid and Pool Plant qualifications (desirable)
  • A passion for wellness, attention to detail, and a warm, professional presence
