A leading marketing agency in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated individual for a role focused on lead generation and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for business development. Responsibilities include managing outreach strategies, booking meetings with key stakeholders, and qualifying leads. This role is for our newly acquired group company, Saulderson Media
Saulderson Media is a premium influencer marketing and talent management agency. We specialise in driving awareness and growth, predominantly for gaming, consumer tech, entertainment and SAAS companies.
Alongside this, we manage a roster of high-performing content creators across all platforms, providing support to turn content creation passions into long-lasting careers.
Over the last 7 years, we've worked with top brands and creators, executing award-winning campaigns for the likes of ASUS, Ubisoft, ACER UK, Sandbox VR, Netflix, Backbone and many more.
This year, we became part of The Journey Further Group, a full-service performance marketing agency, that now gives us greater strength and depth to deliver for our clients.
Support existing lead generation activities by taking ownership of our always on outreach strategies
Book meetings with key stakeholders at target accounts across our key verticals
Build and maintain relationships to drive leads from initial engagement to opportunity
Research and identify potential clients within targeted ICP and Personas
Initiate outreach through email, calls, and social media to engage prospects
Drive attendance to Journey Further lead events and webinars
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
Book new appointments and meetings for New Business team
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to New Business team
Track and update CRM records regularly to maintain data accuracy
Participate in training to develop sales and product knowledge
Basic knowledge of CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
You have some experience in a B2B sales role and you’re comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders across a number of industries
You’re incredibly ambitious, itching to grow your career in business development or marketing
You’re used to using a number of different prospecting tools and data sources to drive activity forward independently
Knowledge of performance marketing is preferred but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilience and a positive attitude
Time management and organisational skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
A strong communicator who loves working with different teams
